Susan continues to share her expertise with clients through her thought leadership, keynote presentations, and award-winning books.

As head of operations at Fierce, Kim Bohr creates and implements strategies for sales, marketing, and customer service. Kim drives worldwide growth through client partnerships and balances competing priorities to ensure expectations are exceeded.
With extensive experience in the acquisition and expansion of global business development opportunities, Kim prepares organizations to think strategically, drive transformation, and stay focused on the big picture.
