DON’T EDIT YOURSELF:
HAVE THE COURAGE TO BE RADICALLY TRANSPARENT IN YOUR CONVERSATION AND LEADERSHIP
The first step to embodying the behavior of a leader is a commitment to not shy away from the truth. Do not stop short of unleashing your brilliance, or the brilliance of your team, because you edited yourselves down to the smallest version possible.
Being Fierce in your life and your work is about mastering the courage to interrogate your reality and describe it to others without laying blame.
Join us for a 20 minute FREE webinar, where you will learn 7 Key Principles that will help you speak your truth and choose courage.
