Halley Bock sets the company’s strategic vision and creates the culture through her ongoing commitment to ensure employees are engaged, communication is candid, and learning is continuous.
Halley joined Fierce as COO in 2006, was promoted to President in 2009, and became CEO in 2011. Under her leadership, the company has enjoyed double-digit growth across all business units and is consistently honored by the training industry and business community.
Halley is a well-known global speaker, prolific writer, and outspoken columnist. As an active industry leader, Halley ensures Fierce stays up-to-date on the latest trends and most innovative solutions for clients.
Known for her bold yet practical approach to executive coaching and leadership development, Susan Scott has been challenging people to say the things that can’t be said for over two decades.
Susan founded Fierce in 2001 after 13 years leading CEO think tanks, more than 10,000 hours of conversations with senior executives, and one epiphany: While no single conversation is guaranteed to change the trajectory of a career, a business, a marriage, or a life—any single conversation can.
Susan continues to share her expertise with clients through her thought leadership, keynote presentations, and award-winning books.

As head of operations at Fierce, Kim Bohr creates and implements strategies for sales, marketing, and customer service.
Kim drives worldwide growth through client partnerships and balances competing priorities to ensure expectations are exceeded.
With extensive experience in the acquisition and expansion of global business development opportunities, Kim prepares organizations to think strategically, drive transformation, and stay focused on the big picture.
SVP OF TRAINING AND PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
As head of training and development at Fierce, Aimee Windmiller-Wood’s goal is to ensure all participants experience outstanding training and transfer learning to their lives and work. To achieve this goal she oversees trainers and training efforts across the globe, and helps her clients turn their visions into realities.
Aimee strives to continually improve client experiences by enhancing current content and designing new courses and workshops.
VP OF GLOBAL PARTNERSHIPS
As vice president of global partnerships, Chris is building a global network of top-tier training companies and Authorized Providers who share the philosophies of Fierce.
Chris is a visionary who believes that Fierce offers 21st century solutions to leadership challenges. She works with clients to overcome the challenges of a global audience, pushes boundaries that limit results, and builds far-reaching organizational strategies.
