I thought every aspect of April’s newsletter was GREAT! I finished with several “take action” ideas that I will use to improve the quality of my life and relationships.
I thought the excerpt of your upcoming book on leadership was a timely, real, and a get-to-the-heart-and-core, hard-hitting look at truth. I look forward to reading the book.

Congratulations to the Newsletter team neat stuff.
Future care probably needed to keep a check that it maintains its authenticity and doesn’t slide into ‘pseudo news’ masking shameless self promotion
Fantastic to hear that Susan’s new book is near…
And FINALLY a ‘player’ in the performance publishing game is opening critiquing the worst of the worst… 360 degree feedback!!
While the concept fails the ‘meaningfulness’ test on so many levels, highlighting the anonymity-authenticity divide is a great start!
Can’t wait to read number 2 in next month’s newsletter

One minor quibble about your “How do you find more happiness?” poll - it wouldn’t let me tell the truth! I wanted to say both “Having great conversations with friends” and “Working out”, and it would only accept one answer!
It’s funny, there’s a strand in me that would like to believe that happiness can come from conversations alone. But when I think of how I sometimes feel walking back from swimming, it’s clear that sometimes good old exercise is the magic missing ingredient
So I couldn’t bring myself to pick only one option.
Ticky boxes next time please instead of a radio button

Thank you Jennifer for your poll suggestions! Unfortunately with the poll program that we are currently using, it is very limited and we are unable to change the radio buttons to ticky boxes, as well as offer the ability to choose multiple answer. My suggestion would be to keep on doing, what you are doing! If there is more than one option you would like to select, let us know on our blog. We love to hear, the reasoning behind your poll choices/decisions.
I will definitely keep these suggestions in mind, when we decide to re-design our newsletter and take another look at our poll software. Thanks!
