Our passion is developing our future leaders, the students and children around the world. Our work with K – 12 education is based on our beliefs that leaders emerge, accountability develops — or doesn’t — at a very young age. We are dedicated to the development of student leaders and empowering staff and students to have the conversations that transform classrooms, schools and lives.
And we start at home, in our own company, developing a community of employees who understand that volunteerism is as important as personal development and professional opportunity.
